About the session
Welcome to the NHS Addictions Provider Alliance Virtual Conference 2021. In this session, Danny Hames, NHS APA Chair, opened the conference and introduced our keynote speaker, Professor Dame Carol Black whose landmark Independent Review of Drugs aims to address the issue of stigma in a number of areas.
We were also joined by our expert panel; Oliver Standing -Director of Collective Voice, Viv Evans - Chief Executive of Adfam, Chris Lee - founder member of English Substance Use Commissioner Group and Tim Sampey - Chief Executive for Build on Belief .
