Now Hiring: Policy and Development Manager for the NHS APA

We are recruiting a brand new Policy and Development Manager to join our team.


 

In this new and exciting post, you will be involved in helping develop, shape, and implement policy within the NHS Addictions provider Alliance (NHS APA). We are looking for a talented individual with the relevant expertise, skills, and networks to help the NHS APA continue its journey as a proactive and credible collaborator in the influence and development of policy within the addictions field nationally.


The role is hosted within Inclusion, part of the Midlands NHS Foundation Partnership Trust and you will benefit from the excellent reputation for valuing and investing in our workforce with services across England. You will also be supported by Inclusion's teams in your day-to-day work.

Benefits include:

  • Salary - £41,659 to £47,672 per annum

  • Job locations - Stafford or Home Based. Working 37.5 hours, the post will be working remotely, with a requirement to travel or attend meetings and/or events as needed. You will be joining an organisation with strong digital working frameworks and systems.

The post is for work across the NHS APA - a collaborative of 17 NHS Trusts across England with significant experience providing high-quality addiction services over many years. The post will be hosted by Inclusion, part of Specialist Care Group of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.


Inclusion provides caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex.


We support individuals, families and communities who are affected by addiction, crime, mental health or need treatment for their sexual health.
